Remanufactured Turbochargers

We offer a wide range of professionally remanufactured turbos that meet our high quality standards according to ISO 9001. Our standards even meet the requirements of a vehicle manufacturer which is why we not only produce reman turbos for the independent aftermarket but also for certain vehicle manufacturer’s aftermarket organizations.
To ensure these standards we do not rely on others when it comes to the remanufacturing process but do everything ourselves.
We are operating two modern production sites in Germany and Turkey which are equipped with state of the art machinery to perform every step of the remanufacturing process.

Every reman turbo is as good as the new turbo of the same article number, sometimes even better. Why?
• Because at the end of the reman process every single turbo is rebalanced at up to 160.000 rpm. This is not always the case in the mass production of the OEM.
• Every step is documented and all parts that are reused have been thoroughly checked and cleaned.
• New parts that we use are either genuine parts or of the same quality.
• Using previously used turbine and compressor housings ensures that they are free of internal tensions. That is why for example in Formula 1 only used engine blocks are chosen when mounting the engine for the race.

But there is another very strong arguement for choosing a remanufactured turbo over a new one:
Modern turbo chargers consist of high quality iron and aluminium and contain also precious metals like copper, platinum, magnesium and titanium.
All of these metals derive from natural resources that are very valuable and their exploitation needs to be reduced as much as possible to make sure that they last a long time for further generations.
In addition to that the casting of iron and aluminium produces a lot of CO2 which contributes to global warming effects.

So using a remanufactured turbo is not only a choice for high quality at a reasonable price but also a little step to help saving our environment.
