Changing the turbo charger on a vehicle is surely no rocket science but nevertheless there are a lot of things that are helpful to know if you want to ensure that the new turbo lasts for a long time. Knowing how to properly install the new turbo is as equally important as to be able to correctly diagnose, that the turbo is actually damaged and what caused it. You can save a lot of time if you are able to eliminate all other possible faults before you start demounting the turbo from the engine. Depending on the placement of the turbo this can take a while.
And changing the turbo without fixing the initial cause for the damage will lead to a premature failure of the new one.
Therefore we have developed two types of technical trainings according to your customer’s demands.
The first type is a two to three hour theoretical training that can be held either at your site or any place that you want to invite your customers to. Our trainer will provide each participant with a hand out and bring samples to illustrate the typical failures and their causes. It goes without saying that all information material can be branded with your logo.
The second type is a full day hands on training that we call TURBO ACADEMY. This course is designed for the mechanic that wants to develop a deeper understanding of the possibilities to diagnose a turbo damage and to detect and eliminate the initial causes.
